However, in relation to Covid we guarantee free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival if
- the radius of movement has been officially restricted
- the region of origin or target region is under quarantine
- the border with Austria and it is therefore not possible to travel
- there is a quarantine obligation upon arrival
- there is a quarantine obligation upon departure and this cannot be avoided by a negative test
- if it is not permitted to rent the accommodation for tourism purposes
You can enjoy a safe stay in your chalet, as we clean with anti-viral products and your chalet is permanently aerated with fresh mountain air through the controlled room ventilation.
If desired, you can have a contactless stay (self check-in, digital travel guide during your stay, contactless bread and breakfast orders/delivery and collection).
